Common Faults of Inverter-7
Overvoltage protection (OU):
1. The overvoltage protection of the frequency converter during the deceleration process is due to the large load inertia. At this time, the deceleration time should be extended. If it still fails, a braking unit and a braking resistor can be installed to consume energy.
2. For overvoltage protection caused by replacing the power board or the main control board, the VpN parameter resistance needs to be adjusted.
3. If the input power voltage is too much higher than the rated voltage of the inverter, overvoltage may also occur.
Lowvoltage protection (LU):
1. First check whether the input power voltage is normal, whether the wiring is good, and whether there is a phase loss.
2. Whether the "04" value parameter resistance is appropriate.
3. For undervoltage protection caused by replacing the power board or the main control board, the VpN parameter resistance needs to be adjusted.
4. Poor components such as voltage detection circuit and op amp can also lead to undervoltage.
